​We love the Full Wedding Planning Package because we enjoy being involved in every detail and relieving the stress of a busy couple who does not have time to take on the full time job of wedding planning.  Our Full Planning package offers you everything you need to ensure that your wedding is fabulous and gloriously stress-free. After an initial consultation to determine your vision, we’ll help you design the perfect day. Of course we’ll also take care of all the nitty gritty bits, like recommending venues and vendors, negotiating contracts and attending to all the miscellaneous (and dare we say tedious?) tasks that the bride shouldn’t be bothered with. Ala carte and design services are available at an hourly rate.

What's Included:

• Up to 15 meetings/planning sessions - including a site visit
• Continuous involvement and assistance in the planning and coordinating of event details once contract is set in place
• Unlimited telephone and email communication with 2 coordinators during office business hours as well as two coordinators designated for the day of your event
• Customized budget and set-up planning timeline specific to your needs 
• Access to our extensive network of venues and vendors as well as industry based research on any outside of our network
• Assistance with contract and negotiation with venue and vendors
• Attending vendor interviews as necessary or requested by the couple
• Point of contact and liaison between vendors
• Etiquette and wedding protocol advice
• Customized timeline and floorplan
• Coordinating of rehearsal 
• Payment and gratuity disbursement on the day of the wedding 
• Coordinating set up, tear down and closing of the venue according to the venue contract

Partial Wedding Planning Package:

This is one of our favorite packages because it is perfect for the couple who like to plan but simply needs some extra support to make it all possible.  Instead of spending valuable hours searching through endless magazines, websites, and calling hundreds of vendors, take advantage of our expertise.  Of course, we will also stay on board to consult with you throughout the entire planning process to ensure that you don't forget a thing.

Up to 5 meetings/planning sessions - including a site visit

• Customized budget and set-up planning timeline specific to your needs
• Offering vendor referrals that coordinate with budget and style
• Unlimited email and phone communication during normal office hours
• Coordinator will check on your progress monthly to ensure planning timeline is being utilized
• Review contracts with vendors
• Point of contact and liaison between vendors 8 weeks prior to the date of the event 
• Customized timeline and floorplan
• Coordinate of rehearsal
• Payment and gratuity distribution on the day of the wedding
• Ensuring that the venue is setup, torn down and closed according to the venue contract

Custom Packages: 

We understand that not all clients are in need of a full service package.  Therefore, we offer to customize a package for you based on venue, guest count, logistics, etc. and price that will be determined after discussing your event in further detail.  

This service is not offered more than 12 months prior to the date of the event, holiday weekends or during peak wedding season.
