Who We Are

Hello, my name is Cindy Vollertsen and I am a co-founder of Eventfully Yours.  I got married to my best friend, Todd, in Rochester, NY 25 years ago and we have two children, Zach and Nichole.  Zach attends Newberry College and is part of the Air National Guard and Nichole is a rising senior in high school. 

I have a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Elementary Education from Nazareth College in New York.  My certification for event planning nationally and internationally is from the International Council of Online Students.  After starting coordinating 10 years ago, I have had the delight of organizing a variety of events, including weddings, fundraisers, silent auctions, and golf tournaments. 

We love to use our God-given talents to meet the needs of each our clients and provide them with the best event possible.  We believe that events, whatever the occasion, should be seamless, elegant, and unique and seek to make all of those happen at every place we work.
