A little about us...

​Hello, my name is Cindy Vollertsen and I am an event coordinator and owner of Eventfully Yours. I married my best friend, Todd, in Rochester, NY (which I took great pleasure in planning from LA, California) and we have been married for twenty-seven years.

I have a BS degree from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY in Fine Arts and elementary education. I am also a certified wedding planner through the International Council for Online Students. I started coordinating events 10 years ago and have planned and coordinated weddings, fundraisers, silent auctions and golf tournaments for the PTA in Columbia, SC.

I love to use my God given talents to provide flawless service catered to the unique needs AND wants of each client to create something extraordinary. 

 I  believe that events, whatever the occasion, should be seamless, elegant, and unique.
